Return eligibility

Contact us within 30 days after delivery before mailing a return. We accept eligible defective and non-defective returns by mail. Exchanges are subject to available inventory.

Items must be new, unused, undamaged, free of odors, and returned with original packaging, accessories and tags. Eligibility is reviewed using these conditions and the product information for the item purchased.

How to request a return or exchange

Email support@shoplious.com with your order number, the item involved and the reason for the request.
Wait for return instructions before mailing anything.
Mail the approved item using the instructions provided. Unapproved returns may delay processing.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with the order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us review damage or an incorrect item but do not replace our review. For an approved defective, damaged or incorrect-item return, Shoplious provides and pays for the return label.

Change-of-mind returns

For an approved non-defective or change-of-mind return, the customer provides and pays for return postage. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Standard shipping is free, so no standard outbound shipping charge is collected. Any shipping charge not described in this policy, if ever offered and selected, requires written confirmation from support before its refund treatment can be determined.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an order change or cancellation. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated based on the order’s current production and fulfillment status. A request is not approved until Shoplious confirms it in writing.
